The Applications of Amino Acids Metabolism Defection and Its Drug in Tumor Therapy

Amino acids metabolism is the essential part of living organism.During the malignant transformation,the change may be associated with amino acids metabolism defection in transformed cells.As the theory of metabonomics was expanding,amino acid and derivatives were widely applied in cancer diagnosis and therapy.The advances in research on amino acid metabolism defection which was related to tumor,and amino acid derivatives and radio-labeled amino acids were reviewed in this paper,so as to provide a reference for the further research in the medical and pharmaceutical field.
