精炼橡胶种子油降血脂的临床应用研究

目的 :研究精炼橡胶种子油降血脂的临床应用价值。方法 :对长期食用橡胶种子油的人群进行普查并和食用花生油组对照比较 ;同时对 2 2 0例高脂血症患者进行疗效观察 ;又用“珊仙液”(精炼橡胶种子油中提取之有效成份 )治疗 88例高脂血症 ,观察其疗效。结果 :食用橡胶种子油组高脂血症的发病率明显低于食用花生油组 ,两组具有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;“珊仙液”比橡胶种子油具有更好的降血脂疗效 ,两组比较 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :精制橡胶种子油具有良好的降血脂作用 ,“珊仙液”是橡胶种子油的最有效成份。

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF PURIFIED RUBBER SEED OIL IN TREATING 'HYPERLIPEMIA

Objective: To study the clinical effectiveness of purified rubber seed Oil in treating hyperlipemia and hypertriglyceridemia. Method: A general survey was carried out in the population of long term consumption of rubber seed oil and the results were compared with those from the population eating peanut Oil. At the same time, the results were studied in the treatment of 220 cases of hyperlipemia. Another 88 cases were treated with"Shan Xina Ye″-an essence extracted from purified rubber seed Oil. Results: Incidence rate of hyperlipemia is much lower in the population eating rubber seed Oil than in those eating peanut Oil( P<0.05 ). There is also statistical difference between the "shan xian Ye"therapy group and the control(P<0.05). WT5,5”HZ]Conclusion: Purified rubber seed Oil in effective for the treatment of hyperlipemia and "Shan Xian Ye"is the most effective extract from rubber seed Oil.
