现代企业制度的建立和实施，企业所有权和经营权的分离，企业的转轨、转制等一系列改革，使得大多数国有企业逐步走出了困境，步入了良性发展的轨道。医院作为福利性公益事业单位，在社会主义市场经济体制条件下，能否实现企业化管理，如何实行企业化管理，文章从理论和实践方面对医院企业化管理的问题进行了分析和探讨。
