| 摘 要： | 目的研究康利必欣 (头孢哌酮 舒巴坦钠 2∶1)的体外抗菌活性。方法采用琼脂平板二倍稀释法研究头孢哌酮 舒巴坦钠 2∶1和 1∶1配比制剂对临床分离的致病菌的体外抗菌作用。结果头孢哌酮 舒巴坦钠 2∶1和 1∶ 1两种配比的复方制剂对绿脓杆菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为 2、4mg·L-1,对不动杆菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为 0 0 6、0 13mg·L-1,对克雷伯菌属最小抑菌浓度分别为 4、8mg·L-1;耐药率分别为 3 0 %、18%、1 0 %、4 5 %。结论康利必欣 (头孢哌酮 舒巴坦钠2∶1)的抗菌活性明显优于 1∶1的复方制剂

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the in-vitro antibacterial activity of cefoperazone-sulbactam 2∶1.Methods The minimal inhibitory concentrations of CPZ-SBT 2∶1 and CPZ-SBT 1∶1 to the bacterial isolated from clinical department by standard ager dilution method.Results The MIC of CPZ-SBT 2∶1 and CPZ-SBT 1∶1 towards pseudomonas aeruginosa are 2.00,4.00 mg·L~(-1), towards acinetobacter are 0.06,0.13 mg·L~(-1), towards klwbsiella are 4.00,8.00 mg·L~(-1),the ratio of drug resistance are 3.0%,18%,1.0%,4.5%.Conclusion Compare the antibacterial activity of CPZ-SBT 2∶1 and CPZ-SBT 1∶1, CPZ-SBT 2∶1 is more effiective. |
