表皮生长因子受体在输卵管妊娠蜕膜组织的表达及其意义

摘    要:目的:检测表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在输卵管妊娠蜕膜组织的表达,探讨EGFR在输卵管妊娠中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测石蜡包埋的输卵管妊娠蜕膜组织中的EGFR的表达,并与正常输卵管黏膜及正常宫内早孕子宫蜕膜组织比较。结果:定性结果表明,在输卵管妊娠蜕膜组织中和正常输卵管组织中EG-FR均主要表达在输卵管上皮细胞及腺上皮细胞的胞膜;而在正常的子宫蜕膜中主要表达在间质细胞;半定量结果表明,EGFR在输卵管妊娠蜕膜组织中的表达强于正常输卵管组织,但弱于正常宫内早孕蜕膜组织,差异均有显著性(均为P<0.05)。结论:输卵管妊娠时,高水平EGFR是使滞留在输卵管的胚泡着床于输卵管的重要因素。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) in tubal pregnant decidual tissue and to explore the effect of EGFR on tubal pregnancy.Methods: The localization and expression of EGFR were detected in tubal pregnant decidual tissue,the normal oviductal tissue and the early pregnant human endometrial decidual tissue with immuno-histochemistry technique.Results: EGFR protein located on the cell membrane surface of oviductal epithelium and glandular epithelium in tubal pregnant decidual tissue and the normal oviductal tissue,and located in the endometrial interstitial cells in early pregnant human endometrial decidual tissue.The positive expression of EGFR in tubal pregnant decidual tissue was stronger than in the normal human oviduct tissue,but was weaker than that in the early pregnant human endometrial decidual tissue.The differences were significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion: The higher expression of EGFR may be a remarkable factor responsible for the implantation in the oviduct.
