参麦及黄芪注射液对改善晚期恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的研究

目的　探讨参麦注射液、黄芪注射液对提高晚期恶性肿瘤患者生存质量的疗效。方法　采用随机双盲法将 10 6例患者分为 2组 ,治疗组在化疗基础上加用参麦注射液、黄芪注射液 ,对照组单用化疗 ,对完成 2个以上疗程的患者进行疗效、生活质量状况、毒副反应、免疫功能及血常规变化的测定 ,对比两组疗效。结果　治疗组的有效率为 4 0 % ,对照组为 37% ,两组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组KPS评分提高率为 4 8% ,对照组为 2 2 % ,有显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组静脉炎、口腔溃疡的发生率与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组免疫功能较治疗前及对照组高 ,多数指标有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　参麦注射液和黄芪注射液配合化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤确能减低药物毒性 ,调节患者免疫力 ,提高患者生存质量

Study of Shenmai injection and Astragalus injection on quality of life of patients with advanced malignant tumor

Objective It is to study the effect of Shenmai injection and Astragalus injection on quality of life of patients with advanced malignant tumor. Methods 106 patients were divided into two groups with double blind method. Treatment group were treated with Shenmai injection and Astragalus injection based on chemical therapy. Control group were treated with chemical therapy only. Curative effect, quality of life, side effect, immune function and blood routine of patients who received more than two courses of treatment in two groups were mensurated and compared. Results Effective rate of treatment group was 40 percent and that of control group was 37 percent, there was no obvious difference between them ( P >0.05). Karnofsky performance status increasing rate of treatment group was 48 percent and that of control group was 22 percent. There was significant difference between them ( P <0.05). There was obvious difference between incidence rates of phlebitis and aphthous ulcer in two groups ( P <0.05). Immune function of patients in treatment group after treatment were prior to that before treatment and that in control group, but most indexes in two groups was significant difference ( P <0.05).Conclusion For the patient with advanced malignant tumor, combination of Shenmai injection and Astragalus injection is effective to decrease drug toxicity, adjust immune function and improve quality of life.
