| 摘 要： | 对86例孕12～24周要求引产的健康孕妇,采用不同剂量及服药方法的米非司酮配伍米索前列醇引产,观察引产效果并分析有关的诸因素.结果:86例中72例引产成功,有效率为83.7%,无严重并发症发生.孕妇的年龄、孕周均不影响引产效果,但经产妇引产成功率高于未产妇(P<0.05).使用米非司酮100mg与150mg引产效果无差异.米索前列醇经阴道给药具有引产效果好、副反应小的优点.

| Abstract: | Eighty-six women of 12-24 weeks pregnancy for induced abortion received Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol in different doses and administrations. The clinical results and relative factors were observed and analyzed. It was found that the effective rate of induced abortion was 83. 7%. No serious complications occurred. Age and pregnancy week of women had no effect on the results of induced abortion. But the effective rate of pluripara was higher than that of primipara(P<0. 05). No difference was found in induced abortion effects with 100 mg or 150 mg of Mifepristone administration. Vaginal administration of Misoprostol had advantages of higher effective rate and few side effects. |
