1983年-2008年禹州市某医院剖宫产率动态变化及其影响因素初探

目的：观察剖宫产率变化趋势，探讨影响剖宫产因素的变迁。方法：采用回顾性研究，资料为2008、2003、1998、1993、1988、1983年（间隔5年）中的2、5、8、11月份在禹州市人民医院住院分娩病例；统计分娩方式，剖宫产原因，产妇年龄、生存环境、经济状况、文化程度等。结果：剖宫产率由1983年的4．07％上升到2008年的28．90％，平均21．37％（449／2101），平均发展速度为每间隔5年148．00％；非医学因素剖宫产构成比呈上升趋势，已经成为剖宫产指征首位因素。结论：剖宫产呈逐年增加趋势，应加强分娩方式方面的宣传和教育，理性认知剖宫产的利弊。

Study on Dynamic Changes of Cesarean Section Rate and the Factors in a Hospital of Yuzhou City from 1983 to 2008

Objective：To analyze the tendency of cesarean section （CS） rate and the reasons.Methods：Retrospectively analyzed delivery style, data shows indicators such as reasons of CS,age, living environment, economic state,education background,ect.Coming from cases in Yuzhou People＇s Hospital during the 2,5,8,11 months in 1983,1988,1993,1998,2003,2008.Results：（1）The CS rate showed an increasing ten- dency, it was increased from 4.07% in 1983 to 28.90% in 2008,the average rate of CS was 21.37%（449/2101 ）,and the average development speed of CS rate was 148.00% per 5 years;（2）The proportional of the CS for non-medical factors increased rapidly, which was the main indica- tions for CS.Conclusion：The CS rate shows increasing tendency.Strengthening publicity and education on delivery style,reasonable recognizing the pros and cons of CS,improving obstetrics quality are all necessary.
