| 摘 要： | 本文通过对栽培及野生北柴胡(Bupleurum chinense 的根)性状、组织构造、薄层层析定性、总皂甙含量及柴胡皂甙a、d 的含量对比,表明栽培北柴胡与当地野生品的质量基本一致。
