| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高频超声对甲状腺乳头状癌的诊断价值。方法 对在本院手术及病理证实的81例甲状腺乳头状癌的超声图像进行分析。结果 甲状腺乳头状癌多数具有占位效应，肿块边界不规则，不清晰，单发的实性低同声结节，内部可见散在微粒状钙化或密集的砂粒样钙化，结节内部血供丰富，以高速高阻为主要表现。结论 应用高频超声检查对甲状腺乳头状癌的声像图特征分析有助于本病与甲状腺良性结节的鉴别诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of high frequency ultrasonography in the diagnosis of thyroid papillary carcinoma.Methods Analysed of ultrasonographic features of 81 thyroid papillary carcinoma were carried out by operation and pathology.Results The features including mass effect,irregular and indefinite border,single solid hypoechoic lesion with internal visible scattered particle shape calcification or dense sand calcification,plenty of blood flow,high speed and high resistance as the main performance were found in most of thyroid carcinoma.Conclusion The features in ultrasonography by frequency transducer could be useful in distinguishing thyroid papillary carcinoma from benign lesions. |
