| 摘 要： | 目的：分析食管癌术后胃瘫综合征的诊断及治疗措施。方法：回顾性分析42例食管癌术后胃瘫综合征患者的临床资料,总结诊断方式及治疗措施。结果：42例患者均康复,治疗时间为（32.51±5.98）d。结论：食管癌手术后胃瘫综合征的诊断较为容易,治疗实施综合方案。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of gastroparesis syndrome after esophagectomy.Methods: A retrospective analysis of 42 cases of esophageal gastric paralysis syndrome in patients with clinical data summary of the diagnostic methods and treatment measures.Results: 42 patients were recovered,the treatment time was(32.51±5.98) days.Conclusion: The diagnosis of gastroparesis syndrome after esophageal cancer surgery is easier,to treated gastroparesis syndrome by comprehensive program. |
