摘    要:目的:探讨综合医院ICU实行分组式弹性排班对提高护理质量的效果。方法:对原传统循环式排班方式进行调整,采用分组式弹性排班,比较两组不同排班方法下护理人力资源设置、护理工作质量及护理服务效能的影响。结果:分组式弹性排班显著节省人力资源,护士存假从2003年的86天减少到2005年的22天;且护理部每月调查的5个护理质量项目反映出护理服务效能在改革后呈上升趋势,分组式弹性排班优于传统循环式排班。结论:分组式弹性排班使护理人力资源配置均衡,可有效节省人力资源,提高护理工作质量。
