| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察刺五加注射液对椎 -基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效。方法 :治疗组 5 0例用刺五加注射液、对照组30例用尼莫地平片治疗 ,疗程为 14 d。结果 :治疗组总有效率 94 .0 0 % ,对照组 73.33% ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。在改善椎 -基底动脉血流平均流速及血液流变学指标等方面治疗组也优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :刺五加注射液治疗椎 -基底动脉供血不足性眩晕有明显疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe into the effect of injection of acanthopanax in treating blood supply deficiency of basilar artery.Methods:The test group (50 cases) had been treated by injection of acanthopanax and the control,by logimax.The treatment course in 14 days.Results:The total effect rate in the test was 94.00%,and the control,73.33%,there being significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).The improvement of the speed of bolld and the indexes of hemorheology in the test were better than those in the control (P<0.05).Conclusion:Injection of acanthopanax has an effect in treating the vertigo caused by blood supply deficiency of basilar artery. |
