新生儿复苏虚拟仿真教学的需求调查及软件开发体会

高职医药卫生院校的学生普遍认为新生儿复苏临床实践机会少，相关技能掌握度不高。该研究团队设计开发一款新生儿复苏虚拟仿真教学软件，主要结构包括虚拟训练、在线考试和评价反馈3个功能、7个模块和若干个典型工作任务。新生儿复苏虚拟仿真教学软件有电脑和手机2种客户端，支持智能手机全天候使用，且不受时空限制，弥补了传统实践教学和临床见习实习的不足，可为助产行业高素质技术技能型人才培养提供参考。

The demand survey and software development experience of virtual simulation teaching of neonatal resuscitation

Objective To understand the current demand of virtual simulation teaching of neonatal resuscitation, design and develop a virtual simulation teaching software of neonatal resuscitation. Methods 157 students were surveyed by convenient sampling method.Develop two kinds of virtual simulation teaching software for neonatal resuscitation including computer and mobile phone clients. Results Students generally have few opportunities for clinical practice of neonatal resuscitation, and have low mastery of the relevant skills. 95.54% of the students strongly approve or approve the use of virtual simulation of neonatal resuscitation teaching, and look forward to it, holding a neutral attitude accounting for 4.46%. The main structure of the software includes three functions, including virtual training, online examination and evaluation feedback, seven diverse modules and several typical tasks. Conclusion The virtual simulation teaching software of neonatal resuscitation supports the all-day use of smart phones, and is not limited by time and space. It makes up for the shortcomings of traditional practice teaching and clinical internship, and can provide reference for the training of high-quality technical and skilled talents in midwifery industry.
