男性泌尿道解脲和人型支原体感染与药物敏感性分析

目的 为观察男性尿道炎患者解脲支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)的阳性率、药敏试验和规范使用敏感药物后的临床及实验室变化。方法 从性病门诊患尿道炎的病人中选择46例仅有支原体感染的患者，取前列腺液和尿道拭子培养支原体，观察支原体种类，并做体外药物敏感性分析。依据敏感药物规范治疗，以临床和实验室复查判断疗效。结果 46例支原体感染菌株中，解脲支原体阳性39例(84．7％)，人型支原体阳性3例(6．6％)，解脲 人型支原体阳性4例(8．7％)。药敏试验中，敏感性最高的是原始霉素、多西环素和交沙霉素，四环素和红霉素次之，敏感性最差的是氧氟沙星。经相应的敏感药物规范治疗，于停药3周后复查，36例(72．3％)临床症状消失，支原体培养转阴。结论 男性泌尿道支原体感染，以解脲支原体为主。体外药敏试验，原始霉素、多西环素、交沙霉素敏感性最高，四环素和红霉素次之，氧氟沙星敏感性最差。选择敏感药物规范治疗，对临床及病原体转阴有较明显的效果。

Ureaplasma urealyticum and mycoplasma hominis infections in male urethrae and drug sensitivity tests

Objective To perform urethra swab culture of mycoplasma by prostata massage and analyze drug sensitivity Methods The classification of mycoplasma and its drug sensitivity were analyzed in 46 outpatients with mycoplasma urethra infection visiting STD clinics.The treatment depended on the drug sensitivity test,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated according to clinical symptoms and laboratory examination.ResultsAmong the strains isolated from 46 mycoplasma infection outpatients,there were 39 cases of ureaplasma urealyticum(84.7%),3 cases of mycoplasma hominis(6.6%)and 4 cases of ureaplasma urealyticum pulsmycoplasma hominis(8.7%).The highest sensitive drug to mycoplasma was pristinamy,doxycyoline and josamycine,the intermediate sensitive drug was tetracycline and erythromycine,and the lowest sensitive drug was ofloxacine.Standardized treatment was given according to the result of drug sensitivity test,and follow up was performed after three weeks teatment;clinical symptoms disappeared and mycoplasma culture became negative in 36 cases (72.3%).Conclusion Ureaplasma urealyticum is a dominating pathogens among the male urethra mycoplasma infections.The highest sensitive drugs to mycoplasma are pristinamy,doxycyoline and josamycine,the intermediate sensitive drugs are tetracycline and erythromycine and the lowest sensitive drug is ofloxacilne.The standardized treatment has achieved significant clinical efficacy and high rate of negative culture.
