| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骨髓活检塑料包埋法在儿童低增生MDS-RCMD临床诊断中的意义。方法应用骨髓活检塑料包埋技术,对长期未能确诊和有效治疗的全血细胞减少或两系减少患儿,进行骨髓病理学研究,并结合患儿的血象、骨髓细胞学以及临床疗效进行综合分析。结果通过应用骨髓活检塑料包埋技术,确诊了11例儿童低增生性MDS-RCMD,并及时进行了早期治疗。结论骨髓活检塑料包埋法是临床诊断儿童低增生MDS-RCMD非常重要的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis the Significance of plastic-embedded sections of bone marrow biopsy on pathologic diagnosis in children low proliferation MDS. Methods Pathological study on the children patients with hypocytosis by means of plastic-embedded sections of bone marrow biopsy combined with system analysis on the hemogram,bone marrow cytology and clinical therapeutic effect. Results By used of the plastic-embedded sections of bone marrow biopsy technology,we diagnosed 11 low proliferation MDS children patients,and then gave them early therapy. Conclusion The plastic-embedded sections of bone marrow biopsy technology is an efficient method for diagnosis of the children low proliferation MDS. |
