| 摘 要： | 目的通过歌德氏弓口内描记的方法准确获得病人的正中关系,科学地指导医生制作全口义齿。方法选择65位无牙颌患者作为研究对象,用歌德氏弓口内描记确定正中关系,与对照组65位分别记录在口内的咬合关系与在模型上的一致性。结果研究对象组上下颌义齿在口内的咬合关系与模型一致性好于对照组。结论应用歌德氏弓口内描记的方法完全可以成功指导全口义齿的制作与试戴,水平颌位确定的准确率高。

| Abstract: | Objective To scientificly instruct on the therapy of complete denture for doctors and get the precise biting relationship by Gothic Arch Tracing.Method 65 patients for complete dentures were treated to get centric occlusion in our department by Gothic Arch Tracing from February 2005 to December 2005,another 65 patients were chosen to be treated as usual as comparison.Result Improving the accuracy of occlusion of the complete denture patients.Conclusion Gothic Arch Tracing can be used widely and successfully in making complete denture and get horizontal jaw relation precisely. |
