| 摘 要： | 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定盐酸精氨酸片的含量。方法:采用Hyperisil-C18柱,0.05mol/L醋酸钠-醋酸缓冲液(pH6.4)—50％乙腈溶液(65:35)为流动相;检测波长为362nm。结果;测得线性范围在0.25～2mg/ml范围内(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.4％,RSD为0.7％(n=5)。结论:本法专属性强,重现性好,可用于监控盐酸精氨酸片的含量。

| Abstract: | To establish a HPLC method for determination of Arginine Hydrochloride Tablets. Method:Using Hy-perisil-C18 as the column. 0. 05mol/L acetate buffer(pH6.4)-50%acetonitrile(65:35)as the mobile phase. The detection wavelenth was 362nm. Resut:The linear correlation observed is the range of 0. 25-2mg/ml(r = 0. 9999). The mean recovery was 100. 4% ,RSD = 0. 7% (n = 5). Coclusion:The method is conventive,selective and reproducible for assay and determination of Arginine Hydrochloride Tablets. |
