低分子肝素联合硫酸镁在妊娠期高血压疾病中的应用

目的 探讨低分子肝素联合硫酸镁在妊娠期高血压疾病患者中的应用效果.方法 将80例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组给予硫酸镁静脉滴注,治疗的同时加用拉贝洛尔;观察组在对照组的治疗基础上给予低分子肝素,治疗3 d,对两组患者治疗前后血小板计数、凝血酶原时间以及D-二聚体的测定结果进行观察,并对两组患者产后2 h出血量进行测定.结果 观察组和对照组患者产后2 h出血量分别为（350.6±119.5）ml和（353.4±120.3）ml,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.D-二聚体水平较对照组治疗后有明显降低,P＜0.05.血小板计数和凝血酶原时间治疗前后差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 低分子肝素联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压疾病可有效降低D-二聚体水平,安全性较高,不会增加出血的危险.

Application of low molecular weight heparin combined with magnesium sulfate in hypertensiue disorder complicating pregnancy

Objective To investigate the low molecular heparin combined with magnesium sulfate ap- plication effect in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods 80 patients were ran- domly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group, the control group was given in- travenous injection of magnesium sulfate, treatment with labetalol treatment; observation group were based on the given low molecular heparin, treatment for 3 D, in two groups before and after treatment the platelet count, prothrombin time two and D- dimer were measured and the results are observed, and the two groups of patients with postpartum hemorrhage were measured for 2 hours. Results the observation group and the control group of patients with postpartum hemorrhage 2 hours were （350. 6 ＋ 119.5） ml and （353.4 ＋ 120. 3） ml, the differ- ences were not statistically significant, P 〉 0. 05. The two D- dimer level than the control group after treatment decreased significantly, P 〈 0. 05. No significant difference in platelet count and prothrombin time before and after the treatment, P 〉 0.05. Conclusion Low molecular heparin combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy can effectively reduce the D- two level of D-dimer, high securi- ty, decreased bleeding risk.
