破裂颅内动脉瘤介入治疗后早期持续腰大池引流的临床应用

目的 探讨分析早期持续腰大池引流在破裂颅内动脉瘤介入治疗后的临床应用价值.方法 选取了2010 年6 月到2013 年6 月本院实施破裂颅内动脉瘤介入治疗的患者共60 例,术后按照Hum-Hess 分级方法进行分级,分别为Hum-Hess Ⅰ级、Hum-HessII级、Hum-HessIII级、Hum-HessIV~V 级共4 组.然后对分组的患者给予腰大池引流、腰穿放脑脊液和单纯药物治疗,一个阶段的治疗后对比组间的治疗效果及不良反应、并发症等情况.结果 四组患者在接受治疗后临床症状均有所好转,脑血管痉挛的发生率下降,神经功能系统障碍出现好转,患者生活能力明显提高,死亡率也大大降低.结论 在破裂颅内动脉瘤介入治疗后给予早期持续腰大池引流具有较好的临床疗效,帮助患者更好的恢复,预后良好,值得在临床上进行有效的推广和应用.

Ruptured intracranial aneurysm after interventional treatment of early and continued lumbar drainage clinical application

Objective To investigate the analysis of early and continued lumbar drainage in ruptured intracranial aneurysm after interventional therapy clinical applications. Methods The June 2010 to June2013 our hospital interventional treatment of intracranial aneurysm rupture in patients with a total of 60 cases, postoperative method according to Hum-Hess grade to grade, respectively Hum-Hess I grade, Hum-HessⅡ level, Hum-HessIII level, Hum-HessIV~V level of 4 groups. Then the subgroup of patients given lumbar drainage, lumbar puncture cerebrospinal fluid and simple drug therapy, a phase comparison between the two groups after treatment the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions, complications and so on. Results The four groups of patients after treatment in both clinical symptoms improved, the incidence of cerebral vasospasm decreased neurological system disorders have improved, life was significantly improved in patients, the mortality rate is also greatly reduced. Conclution In ruptured intracranial aneurysm after interventional therapy given early and continued lumbar drainage has better clinical efficacy, help patients better recovery, the prognosis is good, it is clinically effective promotion and application.
