胱抑素C与冠心病的病变程度相关性研究

目的：研究血清胱抑素C（Cys-C）与冠心病的病变程度的相关性。方法：回顾性分析150例冠心病患者的临床资料,从冠心病病情分为：稳定型心绞痛组,不稳定型心绞痛,急性心肌梗死组,并另选50例健康者为对照组,采用颗粒增强免疫方法测定患者及健康者血清Cys-C浓度。结果：对照组、稳定型心绞痛组、不稳定型心绞痛组、按顺序血清Cys-C水平逐渐升高,而急性心肌梗死组相反血清Cys-C水平出现下降,但20d后又会升高。结论：血清Cys-C水平与冠心病有密切关系,随着血清Cys-C水平升高,冠心病患者病情逐渐加重,但急性心肌梗死则反而降低。

Association of Cystatin C and the Pathogenetic of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective：To investigate the relationship between serum levels of cystatin C and the pathogenetic condition of CHD.Method：One hundred and fifty patients with CHD were selected in the study patients were divided into stable angina（SA）pectoris group,unstable angina（UA） pectoris group and acute myocardial infarction（AMI） group.Health volunteers served as control （n=50）.Serum levels of cystatin C was measured by nephelometric immunoassay.Result：By the order of control SA group and UA group the serum levels of cystatin C increased.But in the group of AMI,the serum levels of cystatin C decreased after twenty days,the serum levels of cystatin C increased again.Conclusion：The serum levels of cystatin C has significant correlations with CHD.With the increase of serum levels of cystatin C,the pathogenetic condition and pathological changes is serious,but AMI decrease.Coronary artery in patients with CHD become more and more.
