摘 要: | 目的观察运用复方南星止痛膏结合特定电磁波谱(TDP)治疗器治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将182例腰椎间盘突出症的患者完全随机分为3组。复方南星止痛膏治疗组用复方南星止痛膏外贴患处;TDP治疗组用特定电磁波谱治疗器直接照射患病部位表面皮肤;复方南星止痛膏加TDP治疗组用TDP治疗器直接照射患病部位外敷复方南星止痛膏药物的表面。3组患者均予平卧硬板床休息,治疗2周后进行临床疗效比较。结果复方南星止痛膏加TDP治疗组患者治疗后优良率[93.3%(56/60)]均高于复方南星止痛膏治疗组[80.0%(48/60)]和TDP治疗组[75.8%(47/62)],差异具有统计学意义(均P〈0.05),而复方南星止痛膏治疗组和TDP治疗组相比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论复方南星止痛膏外敷结合特定电磁波谱治疗器照射治疗腰椎间盘突出症能明显改善患者的症状体征和生活工作能力,具有较好的临床疗效。

Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Nanxingzhitong plaster with a specific electromag- netic spectrum (TDP) in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods Totally 182 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into three treatment groups: plaster treatment group, TDP treatment group and the treatment group combined plaster with TDP. The treatment results and low back pain score were observed in the three groups. Results After two weeks, the symptoms and signs of pain remission rates in the treatment group com- bined plaster with TDP were higher than those in the piaster treatment group or TDP casual treatment group; the difference was significant (P 〈0.05; P 〈 0.01 ) and there were no significant difference between the piaster treat- ment group and TDP casual treatment group (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The combination of Nanxingzhitong plaster with the treatment of the electromagnetic spectrum can be significantly improved in patients with lumbar disc hernia- tion of the symptoms, signs and life and the ability of work. |
