住院患者22156例医院感染监测结果分析

目的 分析住院患者医院感染发生的特点及降低感染率的防控措施.方法 采用回顾性调查和前瞻性监测相结合的方法,对河北联合大学附属医院201 1年1-12月22 156例住院患者医院感染情况进行统计分析.结果 22 156例住院患者中医院感染例数206例,感染率0.93％,医院感染例次数224例次(1.01％)；感染部位以下呼吸道(76例次,33.93％),血液系统(54例次,24.11％),上呼吸道(36例次,16.07％)为主,清洁手术切口感染率为0.07％.结论 分析医院感染的危险因素,提高医护人员的感染控制意识,加大感染控制措施的执行力,合理应用抗生素,严格执行无菌操作原则,是有效控制医院感染的有效措施.

Analysis of nosocomial infection results of 22 156 hospitalized patients

Objective To analyze characteristics of nosocomial infection and preventive measures to reduce infection rates in hospitalized patients. Methods Medical records of 22156 impatient cases treated in Affiliated Hospital, Hebei United University from Jan. 2011 to Dec. 2011 were analyzed. Results Among all hospitalized patients, 206 cases were infected and the nosocomial infection rate was 0.93%. Total case-time and rate of nosoco- mial infection were 224 （ 1. 01% ）. The infection sites distributed as follows in order： lower respiratory tract （33.92%）, blood system （24.11%） and upper respiratory tract （ 16.07% ）. The clean surgical wound infection rate was only 0.07%. Conclusion Enhancing staff awareness of infection control, increasing the execution of in- fection control, rationally using the antibiotics and executing strict aseptic principles are risk factors of nosocomial infection.
