叶内型肺隔离症的临床分析

目的探讨叶内型肺隔离症的临床特点、诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析1985年3月至2012年11月收治的22例经手术证实为叶内型肺隔离症患者的临床资料并复习相关文献。结果22例患者中病变位于左下肺16例，右下肺6例，病变全部位于下叶基底段；21例患者行肺叶切除术，1例患者行肺叶局部切除术。22例患者术后均痊愈出院，6例患者经随访，生存良好，无复发。结论叶内型肺隔离症主要诊断方法是CT血管造影，手术治疗叶内型肺隔离症效果确切。

Clinical analysis of intralobar pulmonary sequestration

Objective To explore the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of intralobar pulmonary sequestration. Methods The clinical data of twenty-two patients with intralobar pulmonary sequestration from 1985 to 2012 were reviewed. Results Totally 22 patients with intralobar pulmonary sequestration were operated and were pathologically confirmed. The pulmonary sequestration was in left lower lobe in 16 cases and right lower lobe in 6 ca- ses. All cases were in base segment. Twenty-one cases received lobectomy and one case received exision of segment. All cases were cured. Follow-up was performed in 6 patients and no long-term complication was noted. Conclusions CT angiography is sufficiendy suggestive of diagnosis of intralobar pulmonary sequestration. Resection of the lung leads to excellent results.
