妇科再造胶囊结合腹腔镜治疗不孕症的临床疗效观察

目的 评价妇科再造胶囊结合腹腔镜治疗不孕症的临床疗效.方法 收集我院2009年1月至2011年1月期间收治的女性不孕症患者资料完整者62例,将患者完全随机分为对照组和观察组,各31例.对照组患者进行腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组在进行腹腔镜手术后加用妇科再造胶囊治疗.对2组患者进行为期24个月的随访,比较分析2组患者术后6、12、24个月内疼痛的复发率以及妊娠率.结果 2组患者一般症状均好转,术后6、12、24个月内对照组患者疼痛的复发率分别为:19.4％(6例)、12.9％(4例)、9.7％(3例),累计复发率为41.9％(13例),妊娠率分别为9.7％(3例)、3.2％(1例)、3.2％(1例),累计妊娠率为16.1％(10例)；观察组患者的疼痛复发率分别为9.7％(3例)、6.5％(2例)、3.2％(1例),累计复发率为19.4％(6例),妊娠率分别为19.4％(6例)、12.9％(4例)、6.5％(2例),累计妊娠率为38.7％(12例),差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论 妇科再造胶囊辅助腹腔镜手术治疗不孕症的临床疗效良好.

The clinical observation of Fuke Zaizao Jiaonang combined with laparoscopic treatment of infertility

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Fuke Zaizao Jiaonang combined with laparoscopic treatment on infertility. Methods Totally 62 women with infertility r were admitted to this research. According to patient~ pelvic lesions, the corresponding laparoscopic surgery was operated. All 62 patients with female infertility were divided randomly into control group and observation group. The control group patients were treated with operat- ing laparoscopic surgery, while the observation group patients were treated with operating laparoscopic surgery com- bined with Fuke Zaizao Jiaonang. During the 24-months follow-up, the relapse rate and pregnancy rate of the control group patients and the observation group patients at 6 months, 12 months, 24 months was comparatively analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the recovering of ordinary symptoms between two groups. Within 6, 12 and 24 months the recurrence rate of the control group patients were 19.4% （6 cases）, 12.9% （4 cases）, 9.7% （3 cases） respectively; the cumulative recurrence rate was 41.9% ; the pregnancy rates were 9.7% （3 ca- ses）, 3.2% （1 cases）, 3.2% （1 cases） respectively; the cumulative pregnancy rate was 16.1% ; the recurrence rate of the observation group patients were 9.7% （3 cases）, 6.5% （2 cases）, 3.2% （ 1 cases） respectively; the cumulative recurrence rate was 19.4% （6 cases） ; the pregnancy rates were 19.4% （6 cases）, 12.9% （4 cases）, 6.5 % （2 cases） respectively; the cumulative pregnancy rate was 38.7 % （ 12 cases）. Conclusion Clinical efficacy of Fuke Zaizao Jiaonang combined with laparoscopic therapy in the treatment of female infertility is good.
