大肠息肉402例临床诊治分析

目的：探讨大肠息肉的组织分型，癌变及其防治途径。方法：收集分析402例大肠息肉患者的大肠镜检查，病理结果，大肠镜下高频电切除的疗效，并发症及随访。结果：78．9％腺瘤性息肉分布在直肠，乙状结肠；腺瘤性息肉癌变达12．2％，高频电切除术后原息肉不复发，并发肠出血19例，无1例穿孔。结论：大肠镜检及高频电切除术在防治大肠息肉恶变中具有重要作用。乙状结肠镜检在乡，镇卫生院替代大肠镜检值得推广，高频在电切除术是大肠息肉的一种高效、安全的治疗方法。

An analysis of cilinic and treatment about 402 cases large intestinal polyp

Objectives:To investigate the histogic classification,canceration and the ways to prevent and cure large intestinal polyps.Methods:It was carried out to analyze the findings of colonoscopy and pathology,the curative effect and follow-up and complication of the high frequency electric resection via colonoscopy in 402 patients with large intestinal polyps.Results:78.9%adenomatous polyps were located in rectum and sigmoid colon and its cancerative rate was 12.2%.Polyps resected don't relapse after the high frequency electric resection.19 cases complicated bowel hemorrhage,no case complicated bowel perfortion.Conclusion:Colonoscopy and the high frequency electric resection are very important in preventing and curing canceration of large intestinal polyps.It is valuable to extend using sigmoid colonoscopy to supersede colonoscopy in Township Clinic.The high frequency electric resection is a high effective and safe way in curing large intestinal polyps.
