职业紧张与精神卫生研究

本研究采用Ｇｏｌｄｂｅｒｇ普通健康调查表和Ｍｃｌｅａｎ职业紧张调查表，对３６３名视屏作业者和２７９名货车司机进行了调查。研究发现视屏作业者和货车司机在消极性陈述方面问题均多于积极性方面。视屏作业者精神卫生异常率为２１．５％，而货车司机为２１．８６％，视屏作业者的应付能力好于货车司机（Ｐ＜０．０１），而货车司机的工作满意感好于视屏作业者（Ｐ＜０．０１），视屏作业者的职业紧张程度大于货车司机（Ｐ＜０．０ｌ）。结果提示职业紧张因素、应付能力和工作满意感对精神卫生存在着影响，其中应付能力影响最大。

MENTAL HEALTH AND OCCUPATIONAL STRESS IN VDT WORKERS AND DRIVERS

Mental health and occupational stress among 363 VDT operators and 279drivers were studied using Goldberg’s general health questionnaire(GHQ)and Mclean′ swork stress questionnaire. It was found that more VDT operators and drivers reported symp-toms in the negative than that in the positive GHQ items,the prevalence of mental ill healthamong VDT oparators and drivers is 21.5%and 21.86%,respectively,the VDT operatorsreported fewer problems in coping than did the drivers,the drivers were much more satisfiedwith their work envionment than were the VDT operators,the VDT operators reported moreproblems in stressors than did the drivers. The results revealed coping,stressor and work sat-isfaction have effect on mantal health, of them coping do most.
