小儿热性惊厥合并脑性低钠综合征的研究

目的探讨小儿热性惊厥(FC)是否会合并脑性低钠综合征,FC在1次病程中再发惊厥是否与合并脑性低钠综合征有关。方法 测定76例FC患儿(其中在病程中无再发惊厥者47例,有再发惊厥者29例)及60例有发热但无惊厥的单纯上呼吸道感染者的血钠、尿钠、血和尿渗透压。结果在76例FC患儿中检出合并脑性低钠综合征者19例,单纯上感组中未检出合并脑性低钠综合征者。合并脑性低钠综合征的FC患儿68.42％发生再次惊厥(13/19),未合并脑性低钠综合征的FC患儿发生再次惊厥者29.82％(17/57),差异有非常显著性(x2=8.3947,P<0.01)。结论小儿热性惊厥可以合并脑性低钠综合征,合并脑性低钠综合征的热性惊厥患儿在病程中发生再次惊厥的危险性高于未合并脑性低钠综合征者。

A Study on Febrile Convulsion in Children With Syndrome of the Brain''''s Low Sodium

Objective To evaluate possible relationship between febrile convulsion(FC) in children and syndrome of the brain' s low sodium. Methods Sodium levels and osmotic pressure in plasma and urine were examined in 76 FC cases, 60 cases with common cold who had a high temperature but no seizure as controls. Results In 76 FC, there were 19 cases with syndrome of the brain' s low sodium but none in 60 common cold. In all FC cases, repeated seizures with syndrome of the brain's low sodium were 68.42% but no syndrome of the brain' s low sodium only 29. 82% . The differences between the groups were very significant. Conclusion The chances of repeated seizures in FC with syndrome of the brain' s low sodium were much higher than those in FC without.
