| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨4种多巴胺递质相关基因COMT,DBH,DAT1和MAOB的多态性与上海地区居民帕金森氏病的易感性的关系。方法:用聚合酶链式反应和限制性片段长度多态性(PCR/RFLP)技术检测4种多巴胺能递质代谢相关基因多态性,对144名原发性帕金森病病人和年龄相匹配的188名健康人进行相关性分析。结果:与健康人相比,帕金森病患者DBH基因型或等位基因的分布不同,两组之间的差异有统计学意义。结论:DBH多态性在中国汉族人帕金森氏病的易感性中可能起作用。

| Abstract: | AIM:To investigate the correlation betw een the polymorphism of four candidate genes involved in dop aminergic neurotransmission-COMT ,DBH,DAT,MAOB and the susceptibility of Shanghai Chinese Han popu-lation to Parkinson' s disease(PD).METHODS:Genetic polymorthism of COMT,DBH,DAT and MAOB were investig ated by PCR /RFLP in 144unrelated idiopathic PD and 188age-matched healthy controls.RESULTS:Compared with controls,the polymorphic distribution in DBH gene intron TaqI polymorphism in PD cases was sig nificant differences .CONCLU-SION:The polymorphism in DBH gene might pl ay a role in the suscepti-bility of Shanghai Chinese Han popul ation. |
