广州市某戒毒所吸毒人群HIV感染、危险行为及相关知识状况分析

目的 了解广州市吸毒人群HIV感染状况、危险行为及其艾滋病知识。方法 对广州市某戒毒所３６８名戒毒人员进行问卷调查和血清ＨＩＶ抗体检测。结果ＨＩＶ抗体检出率2．1％；静脉注射吸毒率高达７９．1％，其中５４．３％有共用注射器史；79.6％有婚前（外）性行为，４０．１％拥有６个以上性伙伴，避孕套每次使用率为7.2％；对艾滋病传播知识的正确回答率只有２２．０％。结论 ＨＩＶ在我市吸毒人群中已开始流行，而且迅速蔓延的危险性很大，需尽快开展有效的干预措施。

Analysis of HIV Infection, Risk Behavior and Related Knowledge in Drug Users in a Detoxication Center in Guangzhou

Objective To reveal HIV infection, risk behavior and AIDS knowledge in drug users detained in a detoxication center in Guangzhou city.Methods A total of 368 drug users in a detoxication center were surveyed by means of questionnaires and tested for serum HIV antibody in a detoxication center. Results The HIV antibody positive rate was 2.1%. The rate of intravenous drug use was 79. 1% and 54.3% of them shared syringes.79.6% had promiscuous sexual activity and 40.1% had more than 6 sexual partners. The rate of condom use for each sexual contact was 7 .2%. The rate of correct answer to HIV transmission was only 22.0%. Conclusion HIV infection is spreading among drug users in Guangzhou city and sharing syringes is a high risk behavior. Effec- tive intervention programs need to be implemented urgently.
