摘    要:目的:构建膝关节关节软骨的三维模型,为开展膝关节数字医学研究进行模型构建的探索。方法:人体成年新鲜膝关节标本1例,行CT、MRI扫描,利用三维重建软件Mimics及逆向工程软件Geomagic对图像进行三维重建及图像配准,构建膝关节骨、关节软骨结构。结果:利用Mimics 10.01软件构建关节软骨的三维模型,并形成骨-关节软骨复合模型,导入Geomagic软件中与CT构建的骨三维模型相配准,再次导入CT影像中进行逐层微修饰,验证关节软骨分割效果。最终建立具有骨、关节软骨的三维膝关节模型。结论:三维图像重建技术与图像配准技术可将CT、MRI图像两者结合起来,发挥其各自优势,构建出形态较好的膝关节三维模型。

Abstract:Objective:To reconstruct the articular cartilages of knee joint for accumulating the experience of digital med- ical research of knee joint.Methods:CT and MRI data were harvested by CT scanning using 1 adult knee joint speci- men.The structures such as bones and articular cartilages of knee joint were reconstructed using 3D reconstruction software Mimics and reverse-engineering software Geomagic.Results:To demonstrate the soft tissue structure well, segmentation and 3D reconstruction of articular cartilages were performed using Mimics 10.01.And then the bone-car- tilage model extracted from the CT data in stl format was imported to Geomagic software to register with the bony 3D model which exported from CT data.The bone-cartilage model was imported into CT image again to testify the seg- mentation effect of articular cartilage.Finally,the 3D knee joint model with bone and articular cartilage was recon- structed.Conclusion:3D reconstruction and image registration technologies can combine CT and MRI together with their own demonstrating merits to reconstruct the well morphologic 3D model of knee joint.
