| Abstract: | In the new era, the teaching reform in higher education confronts many new challenges. The employment of undergraduates is one of the most essential issues. Under this condition, we should make full use of professional teachers who have advantages of their specialties, familiarity with hospital, extensive information, etc., and bring professional teachers into full play in the employment of undergraduates. |
