| 摘 要： | 目的：建立注射用复方甘草酸苷细菌内毒素检查法。方法：按《中国药典》2005年版附录ⅪE进行实验和结果判断。结果：注射用复方甘草酸苷需稀释240倍后对测定不产生干扰。结论：可建立注射用复方甘草酸苷的细菌内毒素检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a bacterial endotoxins determination method for Compound Glycyrrhizin for Injection. Methods： The experiment and the judegment of its result were made according to the appendix XIE of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005 vol Ⅱ. Results： The injection interfered to the bacterial endotoxins test, but inhibition effect could be eliminated by diluting to 240 times. Conclusion： The bacterial endotoxins test can be used to determinate Compound Glycyrrhizin for Injection. |
