迟发性对冲性颅内损伤的CT诊断(附31例分析)

目的：提高对迟发性对冲性颅内损伤的进一步认为。材料与方法：搜集复查时发现迟发性对冲部位颅内新病变和／或病变增大者31例，分析其CT表现。结果：首次检查发现：脑挫裂伤12例、SAH16例、SDH8例、EDH4例，复查出现：脑内血肿22例（其中10例为原挫裂伤部位出现血肿）、脑挫裂伤9例、EDH6例。结论：脑对冲伤后可出现多种情况的心发性对冲性颅内损伤，其发生率较高，应注意复查CT，尤其是首次检查出现脑挫裂伤或SAH者，更是复查对象。伤后3天内CT复查至关重要。

CT Diagnosis of Delayed Contra - coup Celebral injury: Report of 31 Cases

Purpose:To intensify the cognition of delayed contra-coup cerebral injury.Materials and Methods:31 cases with newly-appeared lesions and/or enlarged lesions in the opposite areas,when taken CT re-examination,were retrospectively analysed.Results:On the first CT scan,12 cases with cerebral contusion and/or laceration,16 cases with Subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH),8 cases with Subdural hematoma(SDH) and 4 cases with Epidural hematoma(EDH) were found.on CT re-examination scan,22 cases with intracranial hematoma,9 cases with cerebral contusion and/or laceration,and 6 cases with EDH were discovered.Conclusion:Delayed contra-coup cerebral injury varies on CT scan,and it has a higher incidence,It's necessary to take CT re-examination,especially for the patients with cerebral contusion and/or laceration,or SAH on first CT scan,The appropriate CT re-examination time is in three days after tranma.
