摘    要:女性生殖道沙眼衣原体(CT)感染可导致宫颈炎、盆腔炎、慢性盆腔痛、不孕、异位妊娠等一系列严重疾病及并发症,业已成为全球备受关注的公共卫生问题之一。目前观点认为,感染相关免疫病理损伤为其主要致病机制。本文将从固有免疫与获得性免疫两方面对女性生殖道CT感染免疫病理机制研究现状作一综述。

Abstract:Sexually transmitted chlamydia trachomatis infection is among the most important global public health concern with major burden on female genital tract because of induction of cervicitis, pelvic inflammatory disease(PID) which often lead to severe clinical sequelae such as chronic pelvic pain,infertility and ectopic pregnancy(EP). Today infection related immunological injury has been mostly recommended as the key pathogenesis.This article will review the current views on the immunopathogenesis in respects of innate and adaptive immune responses to chlamydial infection in female reproductive tract.
