肺淋巴瘤的影像诊断（X线与CT对照分析）

目的：回顾分析肺淋巴瘤的CT与X线表现，以提高对肺淋巴瘤的影像诊断水平。材料与方法：经穿刺或手术证实的肺淋巴瘤29例，均作胸部CT扫描及X线摄片进行对照研究。结果：29例肺淋巴瘤患者影像学表现为：结节病灶8例、支气管肺炎表现9例、节段性肺炎表现3例、肺不张1例、纵膈肺门淋巴结肿大27例、胸腔积液11例、网织状改变4例，其中23例具有上述两种两种以上改变。CT显示肺部病灶，尤其是肺门纵膈淋巴结方面优于X线。结论：肺淋巴瘤影像学表现多种多样，CT是肺淋巴瘤诊断和观察疗效的有效方法。

CT Study of Pulmonary Lymphoma Comparison with X-ray

Objective: To study CT and X-ray features of pulmonary lymphoma retrospectively and to improve its recognition. Materials and Methods: 29 cases of pulmonary lymphoma, confirmed by lung histologic biopsty or resection. All patients were undergone chest X-ray and CT. Results: The features of pulmonary lymphoma are nodules in 9 patients, brochopneumonia in 9 patients, lobular pneumonia in 3 patients, atelectasis in 1 patient, lymphadenopathy of the hilar and mediastinal in 27 patients, pleural effusion in 11 patients, reticular lesion in 4 patients. 23 patients have two or more type of features. CT can reveal more lesions than X-ray. Conclusion: Mutipletypes presented is the characteristical sign of pulmonary lymphoma. CT may be effective method to diagnosis and access of lymphoma.
