地塞米松预防腹腔镜胆囊切除术后恶心呕吐的临床观察

目的 :总结地塞米松预防腹腔镜胆囊手术全麻后恶心、呕吐的效果。方法 :腹腔镜胆囊切除术2 0 0例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级 ,2 2～ 79岁。随机分为研究组和对照组各 10 0例。研究组静注地塞米松 10mg ,对照组未用地塞米松。两组麻醉给药一样 ,观察 2 4h心率、血压、呼吸频率及恶心、呕吐发生率。结果 :地塞米松组发生恶心 11例 ,呕吐 6例。未用地塞米松组发生恶心 38例、呕吐 33例 ,两组恶心呕吐总发生率分别为 17%和71% (P <0 0 1)。结论 :地塞米松 10mg能减少腹腔镜胆囊切除术后恶心、呕吐的发生率 ,无副作用

Dexamethasone in preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) under general anesthesia

Objective:To study the effect of dexamethasone in preventing nausea and vommiting after LC under general anesthesia Methods: 200 patients performed LC, ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ grade, 22 to 79 year old were randomized into two groups, control group (n=100) and test group (n=100) The patients of test group were injected in vein dexamethasone 10mg, the patients of control group did not use dexamethasone The heart rate, pulse, respiratory frequency and the nausea and vomiting rate were observed Results:Dexamethasone group took place nausea in 11 cases, vomiting in 6 cases The control group took place nausea in 38 cases and vomiting in 33 cases The nausea and vomiting rate were 17% and 71% in the two groups separately Conclusions:10mg dexamethasone decreased postoperative nausea and vomiting rate effectively
