奥扎格雷钠联合马来酸桂哌齐特治疗急性脑梗死临床观察

目的探讨奥扎格雷钠联合马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗急性脑梗死（ACI）的临床疗效。方法将72例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组，两组患者除给予常规治疗外，治疗组36例给奥扎格雷钠注射液160mg及马来酸桂哌齐特注射液320mg，均1次/d；对照组36例给马来酸桂哌齐特注射液320mg，1次／d。两组患者均治疗14d，观察治疗前后临床疗效和纤维蛋白原、凝血酶原时间等生化指标的变化并进行对比分析。鳍果治疗组显效率72．2％，对照组显效率41．7％，两组间基本痊愈率和显效率比较有明显差异（P〈0．05），且治疗组血浆纤维蛋白原明显降低（P〈0．05）。结论奥扎格雷钠联合马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗急性脑梗塞疗效肯定，能明显改善神经功能的损伤，不良反应少，是一种安全有效的方法。

Clinical observation of effects of ozagrel sodium in combination with cinepazide maleate on acute cerebral infarction patients

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of ozagrel sodium in combination with cinepazide maleate on acute cerebral infarction. Patients. Methods There 72 acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into observation group （n =36） and control group （n =36）. Patients in observation group were given ozagrel sodium 160mg and einepazide maleate 320mg by intravenous drip ones a day for 14 days. Patients in the control group were given cinepazide maleate 320mg by intravenous drip once a day for 14 days . The effect and variation of chemical indexes of fibrinogen and prothrombin time before and after treatment in the two groups were analyzed. Results The effective rates in the observation and control groups were 72.2% and 41.7% respectively,showing significant differences in neurologifeal improvement between the observation group and control group （P 〈 0.05）. The level of fibrinogen was obbiously reduced in the observation group, also showing significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ozagrel sodium combinod with cinepazide maleate is effective and safe in treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients with light side effects.
