| 摘 要： | 目的了解癌症患者家属对癌症告知的认可和建议。为实施癌症告知策略提供依据。方法采用自制调查问卷对305名癌症患者家属进行调查。结果癌症患者家属重视对患者的心理承受力的评估、十分强调自身在告知过程中的作用、认可初次告知时间应在确诊后、最佳告知途径是家属和医护人员共商告知策略、最佳告知人员应为肿瘤科医生．并且期望实施选择性告知。结论达到最佳的告知效果。需要医护人员建立癌症告知的评估机制．重视家属的意见和建议，不断完善告知沟通的技巧。正确引导家属的告知观点。
