247首安神方剂用药组方规律分析

目的分析安神方剂的用药组方规律,探讨神志病的病机、证候、治法特点。方法统计分析247首安神方剂的药物分类、使用频次、五脏归经及各种治法的使用频次、配伍频次。结果补益法在神志病治疗中的使用频次最高,多与化痰除湿等祛实治法配伍使用;五脏归经以入肾、肝、脾经为主。结论虚证(尤其肾虚)是神志病的首要病机,虚实夹杂是主要证候特点,补益法和化痰除湿法的配伍应用是神志病治疗的重要方法。

Analysis on the Formation Regulation of 247 Formulas of Chinese Medicines for Calming the Mind

Objective To analyze the formation regulations of formulas of Chinese medicines for calming the mind to discuss the pathogenesis, syndromes, and characteristics of treatment methods of mental disorders.Methods Statastical analysis was made on classification, prescribed frequency and meridian tropism of medicines, applied frequency of various treatment methods, and compatibility frequency of medicines of 247 formulas for calming the mind.Results The medicines prescribed for mental disorders were based on disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation. In the syndrome differentiation, the tonifying medicines were used most frequently, the tonifying method was applied most frequently, and it was mostly applied together with the method of dispelling excess factors such as dissolving phlegm damp. As for meridian tropism, kidney, liver and spleen meridian are considered the main.Conclusion Deficiency, especially the kidney deficiency, is the main pathogenesis of mental disorders, which are characterized by complicated pathological condition with both deficiency and excess in syndromes. Tonifying the deficiency in combination with removing the excess, dissolving phlegm damp in particular, is the important principle to follow in the treatment of mental disorders.
