| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阴道后壁网片修补术治疗女性后盆腔缺陷伴顽固性便秘的可行性和有效性。方法回顾性分析本院后盆腔缺陷伴顽固性便秘患者行阴道后壁网片修补术28例的临床资料。结果28例患者中术后随访2～13个月，治愈22例，好转6例，总有效率100％。结论对于女性后盆腔缺陷伴顽固性便秘采用后盆腔网片修补术行之有效，创伤小，操作方便，无后遗症及并发症，近期疗效好。
