胎鼠子宫内附红细胞体感染的调查研究

摘    要:目的探讨孕鼠感染附红体后与宫内胎鼠垂直传播的相关性。方法采用夹夜法捕获鼠形动物,并解剖观察其繁殖状况,获取性别、怀孕率、胎仔数,繁殖指数及宫内胎鼠感染附红细胞体的检测。结果捕获鼠密度为1.43%,附红细胞体感染率为55.59%,雄性鼠感染率为56.12%,雌鼠感染率为55.29%,孕鼠感染率为68.57%;室内鼠密度为2.33%,平均感染率为58.46%;野外鼠密度为0.71%,感染率为47.95%;平均怀孕率为20.47%,平均胎细胞感染率为71.84%,平均繁殖指数为5.89只,每年4~5月和9~10月出现2次繁殖高峰,分别为48.57%和40.00%,但附红细胞体感染未见明显季节高峰。结论孕鼠携带附红体后传给胎鼠的途径主要是经胎盘传播,是附红体母婴传播的重要途径。

Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between pregnant rats' infection of eperythrozoonsis and vertical transmission.Methods Capturing rat-like animals with night trapping method,anatomizing and observing the reproductive status and getting the results about pregnancy rate,litter size,breeding index and intrauterine fetal infection of eperythrozo- onsis.Results The capture density was 1.43%.The infection rate of eperythrozoonsis was 55.59% and the rates of male rats,female rats and pregnant rats were 56.12%,55.29% and 68.57% respectively.The density and mean infection rate of indoor rats were 2.33% and 58.46%,while the rates of outdoor rats were 0.71% and 47.95% respectively.The mean pregnant rate,the mean infection rate of fetal rats and average breeding index were 20.47%,71.84% and 5.89 respective- ly.Annually,there were two reproductive peak periods,from April to May and from September to October,and the preg- nant rates were 48.57% and 21.21% respectively.However,there was no evident seasonal peak in the infection of eperythrozoonsis.Conclusion Intrauterine infection is the main pathway for mother-to-infant transmission.
