维持性血液透析患者饮食调控健康教育干预效果分析

目的:了解维持性血液透析(MHD)患者对于饮食调控的知晓情况,探讨饮食健康教育的应用效果。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,针对180例MHD患者进行饮食调控知识调查。在进行为期3个月的饮食健康教育后,再次进行问卷调查,比较干预前后患者对饮食知识知晓情况及饮食控制情况,并分析其对生活质量的影响。结果:MHD患者的饮食调控知识知晓率低,经过干预后有明显提高,临床及生化指标好转,且达标率提高。结论:系统的饮食健康教育可改善MHD患者的饮食控制,有利于提高血液透析的治疗效果。

Investigation on knowledge about nutritional control and effect of health education in patients with maintenance hemodialysis

Objective：To understand the diet control knowledge in patients with mainte~ance hemodialysis（ MHD）, to study the application effect of diet health education. Methods：The self - designed questionnaire, diet control knowledge for the 180 patients with MHD, in 3 months after the health education of diet, again carries on the questionnaire survey,comparison of intervention patients on dietary knowledge and diet control ,and analyzed its influence on the quality of life. Results：The patients with MHD diet regulation knowledge awareness rate was low, after the intervention had markedly improved, clinical and biochemical indicators of improvement, and the compliance rate was increased. Conclusion：Systematic diet health education could improve the diet of MHD patients control, was beneficial to improve the therapeutic efficacy of hemodialysis.
