癌症患者PICC置管相关静脉血栓的原因分析及护理对策

目的:分析癌症患者PICC置管相关静脉血栓的原因,总结有效的护理措施。方法:选择需要长期输液和化疗的PICC置管120例癌症患者,自置管日起给予精心的观察和护理。结果:120例患者中8例发生静脉血栓,发生率为6.67%,经溶栓、抗凝治疗10 d后症状缓解,无1例发生栓子脱落引起重要器官栓塞。结论:癌症患者PICC相关静脉血栓是较严重的并发症,给予有效的预防护理措施后,可降低静脉血栓的发生。

Analysis on the causes of phlebothrombosis and nursing measures fn the cancer patients with the placement of PICC.

Objective ： By the analysis on the causes of phlebothrombosis induced by placement of PICC in the cancer patients,we make a summary of effective measures for nursing. Methods：Selected 120 cases of cancer patients with the placement of PICC who demand prolonged infusion and chemotherapy,we gave observation and nursing after the date of indwelling catheter. Results：Among the 120 cases,8 cases have venous thrombosis,the incidence rate of thrombosis was 6.67%, after the infusion of thrombolytic and anticoagulation therapy 10 days later, no cases caused thromboembolism. Conclusion ： Phleboth- rombosis induced by placement of PICC in the cancer patients is a serious complication,to give effective nursing measures, could reduced the occurence of venous thrombosis.
