床边内镜钛夹止血治疗食管贲门撕裂出血患者的观察及护理

目的:探讨急诊床边内镜钛夹止血治疗食管贲门撕裂出血患者术前、术中及术后的最佳观察与护理配合,提高治疗成功率。方法:患者入院后12 h内在心电监护下行急诊内镜检查,确诊为食管贲门撕裂伴出血,使用内镜钛夹止血治疗。护士给予精心的观察与护理配合。结果:本组30例患者经内镜下一次止血成功28例,2例患者并发再出血,有效止血率为93.33%。结论:急诊床边内镜钛夹止血治疗食管贲门撕裂出血,具有迅速、准确、创伤小、并发症少、可在床旁实施等优点,有效的护理配合有助于医师顺利完成内镜下止血治疗的操作,提高治疗成功率。

Observation and n~ of bedside endoscopic titanium clip hemostatic therapy in patients with hemorrhage from esophageal cardia tear bleeding.

Objective ： To explore the best observation and nursing cooperation on patients with esophageal cardiac tear bleeding pre - operative, intra - operative, and post -operative by the emergency bedside endoscopic titanium clip hcmostasis, and improve treating success rates. Methods：Patients were examinod by emergency endoscopy under electrocardiogram monitor within 12 hours since admitted to hospital. Once the diagnosis as esophageal cardia tear bleeding set up,the therapy of endoscopic titanium clip hemostasis be performed with the careful observation and nursing accompanied. Results：28 cases got one -time endoscopic hemostasis ,2 cases complicated re - bleeding, the effective hemostatis rate was 93.33%. Conclusion：The theropy of emergency bedside endoscopic titanium clip hemostasis on esophageal cardiac tear bleeding had the advantages of rapid, accurate,less invasive fewer complications and could be applied bedside,while the effective nursing assistance improved the doctor success the operation in endoscopic hemostasis, and improved the treatment success rates.
