老年冠心病患者健康教育探讨

根据老年冠心病患心理、生理、社会需求、疾病等特点，对60例患随机分成2组，采用-对-式和小组式方式，运用语言指导、书面教育、经验式指导等具体方法，结果80％以上能掌握疾病的临床表现及防治；86％以上掌握心绞痛发作时的自救方法；90％以上能掌握发病的诱发因素；93．3％出院后能按时服药，注意休息及饮食调节，取得良好健康教育效果。

Experience with Health Education in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Health education was conducted in 60 patients suffering from coronary heart disease (CHD) who were randomized into two groups using the face-to-face pattern or the group pattern to give them oral, written or experiential instructions according to their psychological, physiological and social needs and characteristics of the disease. As a result,80 percent of the patients knew the clinical manifestations and prevention of CHD,90 percent knew about the contributing factors of the disease, 86 percent knew the self-saving methods,and 93. 3 percent were able to take medicines on time, rest appropriately and pay attention to their diets, the effect of the health education being markedly evident.
