| 摘 要： | “黄汗”为一病名，出自《金匮要略》。其临床表现复杂多样，因此关于“黄汗”曾有多种解释。其中一些难解之处，许多注家认为是错简或衍文。几乎所有现在的研究，都是围绕传统医籍展开，而忽视了当时的历史环境。本文提出《金匮要略》书中描述“黄汗”的症状与现代医学中铅、汞、砷等物质的中毒表现十分相似，而且在东汉末年服丹石养身之风已兴起，而在这种药物处方中可能含有铅、汞、砷等物质。因此，本文认为“黄汗”的病因是铅、汞、砷中毒。
