| 摘 要： | 目的：以人成骨肉瘤细胞系为研究对象，探讨微波诱导成骨肉瘤细胞凋亡及其适宜作用剂量、作用时间。方法：以微波不同作用剂量和时间，作用于人成骨肉瘤细胞。采用形态学观察，四唑兰显色法．软琼脂集落形成实验，FCM等方法观察微波诱导成骨肉瘤细胞凋亡。结果：寻找到了微波诱导成骨肉瘤细胞凋亡的最佳作用剂量和时间，分别为100W／m^2和1h。结论：微波辐射可诱导成骨肉瘤细胞凋亡。

| Abstract: | Objectives:To explore the optimal density and action time of microwave which could induce apoptosis in osteosarcoma cell lines.Methods:Osteosarcoma cells were radiated by different densities and action times of microwave,and FCM,MTT,Morphology observation were performed to observe the apoptosis.Results:Optimal density and action time of microwave were 100 W/m 2 and 1 hour,respectively.Conclusion:Microwave radiation can induce osteosarcoma cells apoptosis. |
