摘    要:目的 建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)测定大米中镉含量的分析方法。 方法 用微波消解法消化样品,微波消解前后用加热方式进行样品的预消化及赶酸处理,ICP-OES法测定。 结果 样品消解完全。镉浓度在0mg/L~5.0mg/L范围内线性好,r=0.9999,方法的检出限为0.02mg/kg。三个浓度水平下的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.42%~2.32%,回收率在86.0%~108.3%之间,结果符合检测方法确认的技术要求。 结论 方法简便、灵敏度高,准确度和精密度好,可用于大米中镉含量的测定。

Abstract:Objective To develop the method for rapid determination of cadmium in rice by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer (ICP-OES). Methods The samples were digested by microwave digestion, measured by ICP-OES . Results The samples were digested completely . Good linearity was obtained in a range of 0mg/L~5.0mg/L ,with correlation coefficients 0.9999.The limit of detection(LOD) was 0.02 mg/kg. The recoveries were 86.0%~108.3% at the concentrations levels of three ,with relative standard deviation(RSD)of 0.42%~2.32%.The determination results accorded with the technical requirements of the test method . Conclusion The method was sensitive, accurate, selective and available to determine the cadmium in rice.
