青黛浮选中发泡性物质的研究

摘    要:目的研究青黛浮选的发泡性物质。方法初步鉴别发泡物质成分中的蛋白或多肽;以泡沫性能作为评价指标,将泡沫浮选液通过大孔吸附树脂吸附、醇洗、减压浓缩,再进行酸沉处理,并以葡聚糖凝胶G15进行层析,所得精制样品进行氨基酸分析和紫外扫描。结果青黛浮选中发泡性物质中含有多肽,在碱性条件下表面活性较强,发泡性也较好,符合传统加工时在碱性条件下进行的特点。结论青黛泡沫浮选体系中存在的发泡性物质主要为多肽混合物。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study bubbling agents in the process of foam floatation separation of Indigo Naturalis.METHODS Pretested all kinds of ingredients in foam floatation liquor of crude indigo.The results indicated that bubbling materials were proteins or polypeptides.Choosing foam performance as the performance criteria,we used macroporous adsorptive resins to adsorb Indigo Naturalis foam liquor,collected 30% alcohol elution fractions,then the concentrated substances were precipitated in acid condition and separated by sephadex G15.The purified substances were characterised by amino acids composition analysis and UV scanning.RESULTS The bubbling agents in crude indigo were polypeptides and have a better surface activity and foaming characteristics in the alkaline system.This result accorded with traditional processing conditions.CONCLUSION Bubbling agents in the process of foam floatation separation of Indigo Naturalis are mainly polypeptides.
